![]() ![]() I downloaded the Android installer from Nirmal's link (android_installerv12Legacy.exe I downloaded the Android OS ISO from Nirmal's link () I downloaded the latest Remix OS 64bit - legacy - ISO from Nirmal's link (Remix_OS_for_PC_64_B2016011402_Alpha_Legasy.zip I formated it to FAT32 with all default parameters. This time I created a 23000Mb partition e.g. Second time removed that partition and started from scratch. I am sure that I do something wrong, that is for sure, but after this amount of hours of try, no not a typo, I think :-)įirst time I created a 30GB NTFS partition as described before. I used the files from the remixos legacy zip and when I come to that step after installing the Androis OS iso but I could never find the system.sfs file, it did not exist, but all other files looks to be there. Now when I rebood my pc and chose the new Android in the boot meny it flicker twice on the screen and then I get a windows boot error:įile: \Android\boot\grldr.mbr Info: The application or Opertive system couldn't be loaded because a requred file is missing or contains errors. Testing to copy the grub.cfg from the folder I have stored it by typing copy c:\remixos\grub.cfg grub.cfg and got a 'overwrite Y? and I chosed Y and that was successful. the path to the Android folder on the new partition - and this time I got no errors. When typing 'cd edi\Android' i get path could not be found. So loading CMD as admin did the trick at least one more step. Reason for access denied was a pure RTFM error. ![]() If you want only keep the remixOS use ubuntu on USB pen-drive to delete the windows partition I reboot into Windows XP at Easy BCD remove the windows entry on menu Kernel /kernel root=/dev/ram0 androidboot.hardware=remix_x86_64 linux=permissive quiet SRC= DATA= CREATE_DATA_IMG=1Īfter install I boot the Remix OS resident mode, after his create the persistent file, Kernel /kernel root=/dev/ram0 androidboot.hardware=remix_x86_64 linux=permissive quiet SRC= DATA= DATA_IN_MEM=1 If your partition you have extracted the iso files are the second partition use (hd0,2) On the EasyBCD -> add New Entry -> niroGrub - Install Use easyBCD 2.2 the version 2.3 have some problems I solve the installation problem doing install windows xp and one partition of 32GB, create one partition for Remix OS with 23Gb and extracted the iso files, and another partition for save files. ![]()
